All orders will be shipped from our warehouse using USPS Priority Mail or FedEX with tracking and delivery confirmation. Most in stock items will ship within 24 hours of order receipt.

Priority Mail 2-3 days to most areas. USPS Priority Mail is delivered Mon-Sat and is not guaranteed.

FedEx 2 Day and Overnight. Ship same day if order is received before 2pm EST. FedEx is delivered Mon-Fri and is guaranteed.

USPS Priority Mail - Not guaranteed but most orders placed before 2PM EST will arrive in 2-3 business days.

FedEx 2 Day - 2 business day guaranteed for orders placed before 5PM EST.

FedEx Overnight - Overnight Guaranteed for orders placed before 5PM EST.

MVPDOGS.com sells products across a broad spectrum of mediums and therefore can sell out of a certain item before the product page is updated. If this occurs, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you an estimated delivery date.

Exchange Policy is as follows:

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase date. Exchanged item must be in brand new with tags condition. Customer must pay for all shipping and handling costs associated with return which includes shipping the product back and shipping the new item out to you. Shipping and handling cost will be the same as was charged to you on the original invoice. MVPDOGS.com will rebill your credit card for the shipping if you paid with a credit card initially. If you paid via paypal, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the exchange shipping. Special Order exchanges will be subject to a 15% special order exchange fee. Items that are not in brand new condition will be charged a replacement fee. This includes if items need to be cleaned, dog hair removal/other or if package/tags are damaged. Any exchanged items must be resaleable.

MVPDOGS.com tries to continuously keep all sizes in stock but there may be times where the product you are exchanging for is out of stock and we will notify you.
